Issues with newly created Minecraft servers. (Resolved)

    We've received reports that newly created Minecraft servers are not configured correctly, and hang on the installation process.

    Investigation
    We're investigating the root cause of this issue regarding the NA-MC-01 daemon. All existing servers should not be affected by this, however, a restart of the daemon may be required leading to all servers going offline, and needing a manual restart.

    Resolved
    We've implemented a temporary fix that will resolve this issue however, we're still looking for a permanent fix. As mentioned below; if you have any queries or issues regarding this incident, please let us know.

    We've isolated the root cause of the issue and we're taking with our provider now to resolve the issue.

    At this point in time, this issue has been fully resolved by our technical team so we will mark this network issue as resolved.


    Due to this downtime, we've decided to generously credit our clients on this specific node (the exact amount will be announced once this incident has been resolved). We're sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Problems when sending emails. (Resolved)

    We've received reports of errors when trying to send emails from our primary website hosting node (OPTN-WEB1) and we're currently investigating the issue.

    Update
    We've detected that our provider has disabled emails from sending due to the recent incident in which a client was abusing our service. We're working closely with our provider to restore email functionality as soon as possible.

    Update
    We can confirm that our provider has re-enabled outgoing emails from this node but unfortunately, full-service functionality will not be restored until later tonight at around 10 PM GMT. This is due to new security measures being imposed on our end to prevent incidents like this from occurring in the future.

    At this point in time, we have re-enabled outgoing emails from this node. If you're a client on this node, we ask that you limit your outgoing emails as much as you can to prevent any further incidents like this.

    We're still looking into the root cause of the problem but a quick restart of the node has fixed the issue.

    At this point in time, this issue has been fully resolved by our technical team so we will mark this network issue as resolved but the root cause of the problem is still being investigated.

    Due to this downtime, we've decided to credit our clients on this specific node with an extra 3 days added to their service. We're sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
