Who are we looking for?

We work hard to offer high performance hosting solutions to our clients for great prices but the support and assistance they receive after purchase and during their product term are of utmost importance to us and this is why we strive to hire the most active, knowledgeable, mature, professional and hard working agents we can. These individuals are able to provide fast and effective support to our clients while working alone or within our team.

What will you be doing?

As a support agent, you'll be responsible for answering live chat conversations as well as support requests in the form of tickets. This will involve troubleshooting and problem solving any queries or issues our clients might be facing while working under time pressure and to a deadline.

What are the requirements?

  • You must be 15 years of age or older. You may still apply if you're underage, exceptions may be given.
  • You must have the ability to communicate with others.
  • You must be capable of working alone and taking responsibilities.
  • You must have strong technical knowledge of website hosting, Minecraft hosting etc.
  • Having knowledge with WHMCS and cPanel is preferable.
  • You must have good understanding of English grammar.
  • You should have a stable internet connection.
  • You should be able to use Discord and/or Slack.

How do I apply for a position?

To apply, you must be prepared to send us a copy of your CV/resume including a few details about yourself such as your age. To do this, please open a ticket with our 'Human Resources' department. You should receive a reply within a few days going into more detail about our application process.
